I just installed the Roxio Video Lab HD. I could not find the option to convert a 2D picture into a 3D picture. Iknow it has to be possible as it states it is a feature on the program. How do you do it? Also how do you save the picture to a file on the computer instead of to a DVD?

Tough Question since most of us do not have the actual Video Lab HD software Suite...

We know it is similar to Roxio's Creator 2011 & 2012, so I'll show you what is in them.

If you have the Photo tab, look in there for Create 3D Photos:

 Image1.jpg   124.25K   0 downloads

add your photo:

 Image2.jpg   45.46K   0 downloads

Enhance as needed:

 Image3.jpg   77.7K   0 downloads

Plan B ~ would be under the Video tab using VideoWave.

Open a new 3D Project:

 Image4.jpg   134.67K   0 downloads

 Image5.jpg   111.36K   0 downloads

Add your pictures:

 Image6.jpg   129.04K   0 downloads

(Storyline might be best) then right click the preview and Extract:

 Image7.jpg   166.4K   0 downloads

New pic will be in 3D:

 Image8.jpg   98.8K   0 downloads

There are settings you can tinker with in both programs to get the results you are after.
