I Lost The Software, Can I Re-Download?

i bought roxio platinum or pro 2012 but i had to re-intall windows so i lost it where can i re-download the software to re-install and i guess they will send me a product key?

If you bought a download and registered it, you can re-download it.   If you registered it, it will have the key.  

Instructions for re-download.

While you are there, buy a back-up disc.

If you did not register it, then you may be barking in the wind.  You need some proof that you actually did buy it.

Either a backup disc or make the first thing you do is to burn your own DVD from the download
