I am unable to get creator 2012 to install on my 64 bit windows 7 system. After selecting english, it comes back and says "Error attempting to read from the source install database: C:\roxio\cineplayer_58.cp.msi". I have copied the DVD over to my hard drive and have the same problem. If I ignore the error, it finds another file that is bad. Is this a known error or do I have corrupted files on a brand new disk? Can someone send me a download site that I could download the code? I have a new key.

Some of the discs have been troublesome...

The Download is the best resolution but you will have to contact Customer Service to get that done.

Best bet would be by Phone on Monday:

Roxio Customer Service: 1-877-582-6735 (North America) or 0800 376 9272 (UK)

Or open a ticket with your download request: http://www.roxio.com...upport/service/

If it isn't too late I'd advise you never to post yor e-mail on any public forum (it's a guaranteed way to attract spam).

I've taken the liberty of editing it out
