Just got my Roxio today. Currently hooked up the device according to the picture shown on the website and the peice of paper that comes within the box. I am using an HDTV and I do have the specific xbox component HD wires or whatever that you had to buy seperate. I've hooked everything and I am getting a full signal with sound and can capture no problem but my screen has a really bad green tint. I've tried moving cables around and whatever I could think of and the best I got was good color on the TV itself but black and white on the theater screen when capturing........ I've googled this problem for this device and all that pops up is black screen or no screen. PLEASE HELP!!!!!! Also please look at the attached files to see what im experiancing. KEEP IN MIND ALL CABLES ARE SET UP CORRECTLY ACCORDING TO THE ROXIO PICTURES IN THE INSTRUCTIONS AND WEB PAGE! When looking at the pictures keep in mind the Netflix is supposed to be red not green the HULU is supposed to be blue..... you get the drift. Please any suggestions help immediatly

The picture is not very clear of the capture card connections, but it appears you have the red & green wires reversed on the output to the TV.
It should look like this:
Also in your subject heading "Replying to Green Screen When Using Roxio Composite Cables For The Xbox360"....you say your using "Composite cables" is this a typo and you meant Component.

Looking at my device the audio looks like it's hooked up ok on theirs but you are correct the Green and Red are reversed on the output side.
I think the Roxio diagram has the Audio backwards on the output side.

Now that I look at that diagram better the entire output side shows cables backwards for both Video and Audio. The only one that's correct is the Blue.
