I have an MP4 file with background hum. I have seen the video that explains how to remove background noise in v2010. Does v2012 retain this function? I can't find it in any of the tutorials.
Thanks

Do you have the Pro version of Creator 2010 or Creator 2012? You told us that you saw a video but you didn't tell us which one. Was it Sound Soap? Creator 2012 Pro has a different audio cleaner called IZOtope. It is about the same usefulness.
If you do not have the Pro, did you try cleaning the audio right in Video Wave (Edit Video -Advanced).
If you wanted a more complete answer, it would have been nice to ask a more complete question.
