When Trying To Play ,burn I Get A Little Bit Of Sound But Know Picture

need help please

when try to brun to the dvd now i dont get no piture and chumpy sound i,ve tryed ever thing from reloading to updates can tell why is doing this O sorry when i hit the record it frezz and i have reboot the get cd out of the system .
ok iam useing cvhs to dvd  software my record to dvd soft ware is it recording  veiw screen there no picture  but i do get some sound but its chumpy then it frez up cant open my tray to dvd player it work before but now it dont ok

Before posting could you please read your post. I have not a clue what you are trying to say. Is english not your language?

It would also help if you were to tell us what program you are using. There is no information at all in your post except that you seem to have some sort of problem

Looks like Roxio Game Capture.
When he tries to write a DVD he gets broken sound and no picture.
When he tries to record the system appears to freeze.
P4 @3.20GHz on Albatron PX-865PE Pro II with 2GB DDR-SDRAM, FX5900XT video, Viewsonic monitors,
BENQ DW1640, in XP Pro and Windows 7
