One example: I have some undefined mp3 music in a folder. I click on the numbers I want to change the audiotags. Then choose (right mouseclick) 'edit song information'. Roxio then identifies the tags and when it is done I click on 'apply new audiotags' and 'include or replace new tags in audiofile' then finish.
When I then go to the folder there are no more audio files.
Second example: I made a music disc project. I exported the file to an external mediaplayer. See it, click on it and it has disappeared.

Several of us have been reading along, but cannot put together a "picture" of what you are describing
In you 2nd example you mentioned Exporting to an external Player??? I do not know of anyway with any software to do that... Players, PLAY. They can't recieve anything.

I am sorry you seem to have reduced the images so much that it is impossible to make out any deatils.

At 150% those little 80 kb files are just a blur
They look like a good description of what is going on but I was hoping to see enough detail that I could run through the same steps and see what happens...

I will have to study these a little more but there does appear to be a problem!
A bit of a long shot, but run a virus check on that PC
