I'm not sure what happened, but it seemed my old topic for this got deleted somehow! Anyway, onto the point.

Ok, so I have a standard TV and I also have the Xbox 360 HD cables. Everything is fine on my TV, but when it comes to capturing, this happens: http://www.majhost.c...Other/roxio.png

For whatever reason, the screen is all squished and frozen on one frame, and takes forever to refresh the frame. Help? Also, when I push "Stop Capture" and try to play it to see what it looks like, it says "Unknown Error"

Look closely at your posted pic.

Do you see the words in green ' No Signal'?

What do you think that means?

You had it in the wrong forum, so I assume that is the reason it was closed.

Are your connections correct?

Do you show these two Roxio entries when the RGC USB Device is plugged in?

Yes.

I tried that and even tried plugging it into the other USB slot, but there's only one thing instead of two.

Looks like the same thing you posted above.   Change the back ground to something that is not an image of the device manager.  Now post images of the device manager when the device is not plugged in and then when it is plugged it.

Right now, we can't see what we want to see. because that background is confusing.

Did you notice that there was a question mark near the entry for sm bus controller.  How long have that been that way.  You may have to fix that first.   Read this.

Thanks Bruce..

With the Roxio USB Device plugged in, right click the two entries the red arrows point at, and click uninstall.

Unplug the USB Device from the PC and reboot the PC.

When the PC is up and running place the installation disc in a drive and run repair when it's offered. When it's finished reboot the PC.

When the PC is up and running open device manager and plugin the Roxio USB Device and tell us what shows for drivers under sound game and video controllers?

Print this off and follow it to the 'T'!
