I have an older version of vhs to dvd which suddenly didnt give me the option to capture video on the home screen, only audio. Tried a fix i found but it didnt work so I decided to upgrade to version 3 (2012) to see if it would fix my problem. The software will not extract completely giving me an error code of 0652.

Im using:
dell studio xps 435t
intel core i7 2.67ghz
6gb ram
64bit op sys
windows 7 home premium

Turn off you anti-virus during install and see if you still get the error message.
