I get the error 0641 when installing the roxio game capture software after i click okay and the instalation closes i click the launchpad and it says "The certificate file is missing or is corrupted. Pleas re-install it." Ive called tech support they have given me 3 different solutions all of which didnt work they told me to completly remove every roxio/sonic file i did that and it did not work they told me to create a new user account and try it on that and that also didnt work they told me to switch windows installer to automatic and that also didnt work please help me ive been researching and trying to fix this for 3 days now! And my computer meets the requirments as you can see:
Dell inspiron 570
AMD athlon II X2 245 processor 2.90 ghz
4.00GB RAM
64bit-OS
Also I am running on windows 7

Right click My Computer, manage, on the left Services and Applications, now double click Services, under Name page down to Windows Installer. Under Startup Type is it disabled for Windows Installer?
