I'm trying to clean up some audio tracks with the Sound Editor but am unsure of how to set Declicker, Decrackler, Denoiser and Noise. Is a higher intensity better? What are some recommended settings?

Unfortunately there's no, "one size fits all" answer. But, since you can "live preview" the effects, that makes it easier. With most of the tools in the Sound Editor, you want them somewhere between 50% and maybe 80%. Start the music playing, then enable the noise reduction and change the settings and listen to the result. If you set the declicker too high, it'll start to do things to the music you don't want, so definitely try setting it too high, and listen to what it does, then back it down. The same with the Denoiser, and Decrackler. There is a learning curve, but these tools are fairly simple to play with, and you're the one that has to satisfy you're listening preferences.
