No. I do not hear any audio.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

Which version of Toast 11 are you running? Is your version of TiVo Transfer version 2.1?

Toast 11 Transfer 2.0
That's the problem. Go to Roxio's Software updates page and download the Toast 11.0.4 update. Inside it is TiVo Transfer 2.1. I had forgotten there was an audio issue with 2.0 and the TiVo Premiere.

I did the update, when i click ABOUT for tivo transfer it says 2.0, but when I click on check update is says u have the current version 2.1.  What does your say when u click ABOUT for tiro transfer?
I tried transferring a video from tivo to my mac same problem no audio.   I'm about to give up already.
It this doesn't work i think i'm gonna return my tivo. the video is pristine, but no audio is not good...and if i have to jump through rings just to get audio it doesn't make sense. aaaah
anyways i hope there is an easier solution to this.

thanks any more ideas?

I talked too soon! i transferred last weeks opening ceremonies same thing no audio.  the one i did last night that worked had 1 channel vs the one without audio 2 channel. i also notice that prior to the olympics i recorded about a minute earlier which recorded part of the local news and that was without audio then when the olympics started the audio came through..i wonder if u have overlapping recording of different programs with different audio it gets confused and doesn't work. aaaah

I don't know. The way to tell you are running TiVo Transfer 2.1 is to choose Get Info for that app in the Finder. It appears you have it. I don't know what to suggest. Sorry.
