Videowave13.exe - Application Error

The exact error is "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000022). Click OK to close the application. I have two PCs running Win 7. One of them in meant for working and the other is for gaming and video authoring/editing. The one with the BD burner and the speed cannot run the dvd creation program from the Roxio Creator Pro 2012 menu. The other computer runs it fine but this one will not. I have uninstalled, updated, etc.

Windows 7 Ultimate
Service Pack 1
AMD Phenom Quad-core 9750 2.40 ghz
4.0 gb ram
64 bit OS

Also attempted repairing and it did nothing. The RoxioWatchTray.exe file also fails upon Windows start, as well.

Try the Repair one more time, however...

Make sure you have your Anti Virus and/or Firewall disabled before you start the Repair.

Also note that at the beginning when it ask if you want to update. Do it!

The "update" is not for Windows but only checks for an Updated Installer from Roxio ^_^

Reboot afterwards and try it out. Let us know either way.
