Help Help Help Help.

I've had the Roxio Game Capture device around 3 months but never got round to using it.Now I start using it and encounter problem after problem after problem.Firstly I had the Roxio GCD making the screen yellow.Then I encounterd that by reversing the Audio RED wit hthe Pr and It fixed it.Then I had the runtime error on the software couldnt open 'Capture' area on the software.Sorted that out but clicking 'Run as Admin' But now I've struck a HUGE problem.I Cannot record with Audio on my Roxio.All the wires are correctly slotted in and in the right place.It just come up with 'UNKOWN FREKIN' CAPTURE ERROR' so frustrating.I'm having second thought's on this device.Thought it would be a good purchase.Evidently not.The only way I can record is changing the audio settings to my computers mic.Here are some Screen shots.

Any Help Would Be Much Appreciated,Please NOTE that I have tried the 'Repair' function and did not work,Also I would like to say sorry for my English and spelling I do not speak the language as my first,Wales FTW. Thanks Again.

Minimum System Requirements:

• Microsoft Windows® 7, Vista™ SP2, XP (SP3 for 32 bit & SP2 for 64 bit), Intel® Core 2 Duo Processor 1.8 GHz or AMD Athlon x2 64 2.0 GHz, 2GB RAM

So your below the minimum!

Will it run the software without errors? I doubt it...
