I cannot access my online account today (and it was working fine yesterday)- I have been on phone (with a customer service person who said that there is no phone support for photoshow)- have chatted with online help (only to be put in touch with the customer service number that couldn't help)- I have two emails out to customer support, but thought maybe someone out there may have experienced this before and may have a way to help me.

Thank you!

Hope it is up soon.  I have been fighting with the site for two days trying to access my web page.  I have a big progect I'm working on and I can not more forward.  Any word as to how long the site will be down?  Does this happen often?  Good reason to always create the project on the computer and burn from the computer.

Roxio/Corel is working on it but there is no estimate of when it will be "fixed".  It is possible that the servers that host that site are having problems.  If so, Roxio/Corel has to work with the owner of the servers to do the fix.  At one time, it was Amazon; I don't know who owns the servers now.

Yes, kjwill, it is always best to keep a copy on your computer either by building it on the computer or by downloading it from the site to your computer -- when the site is in operation. :P

I am experiencing the same problem with Roxio/Corel since last night.  I have emailed Corel and talked on the phone with Roxio customer support.  I had no problem creating a PhotoShow last night, but it will not upload and I cannot email the PhotoShow or post it to Facebook.  I spent many hours on this project, and over 500 people are anxiously awaiting my PhotoShow!  The guy I talked with this morning said that they have reassigned my case number to a secondary level and that they are aware of the problem.  I hope this gets resolved soon!!!!
