At one time PhotoShow was on Amazon Servers; I don't know if that is still true. If it is, Amazon may have to do the repair/reset.

PC, but it would not accept Amazon MP3's....so I needed to use the Photoshow.com softwear to get the downloading done to make the show.... Neeless to say..There is no Photoshow.com web site at the moment,
and I am not happy with the lack of customer service. I spent 2 hours last night trying to chase down a tech
somewhere...but got the run around everywhere I went.
On the Corel site..I was able to get a chat tech...but she could not help..she would only say I had to e-mail the corel roxio ( Corel.force.com, etc)..That is the only tech support for Roxio at the moment.. I did e-mail them ..and it says they have 48 hours to respond...doesn't sound like premiun service tech support to me...I could always contact a Roxio tech anytime I had an issue...That is why I stayed for years.
Does anyone know of a chat line or tech phone number besides the???? When I called the only number on the Corel site
as a Photoshow premium customer, it blew me off..It aimed me right back to the sign on screen for the e-mail.
I have a two year automatic renewal from June....and it's not looking too promising.
What's up, Gang????

As above. Several departments within Roxio/Corel know that there is a problem but it may take some time to fix IF they have to work with outside vendors.
As for Amazon mp3 files. I use them almost exclusively. If you have the V6 download on your computer somewhere, try reinstalling it again with your antivirus off. (disconnect from the internet if necessary to make sure nothing gets in with your firewall off (not likely). There is no need to uninstall and reinstall. Just install.
BTW, why didn't you reply to the other thread you had going? It would be simple courtesy to say you fixed or didn't fix the problem. Now, we don't know if it is just the site or of there are other issues on your computer with the program.

Tried getting tech help from Corel a few years ago -
a simple yes or no question on one of their products....
Got shuffled from A to B to C - but never got an answer to my question.
- Stick with the Roxio people...

Sorry, perhaps you didn't read the news. Roxio employees are now Corel employees. Corel recently bought Roxio AND Pinnacle to add to their stable of programs.
Now if you are talking about forums; that is a different matter.
