I have a .iso image file of a wedding video which was made on a PC using Ulead 4SE by a friend and want to convert it to a video dvd. I have Toast 7 and a mini mac with OS 10.4.6, 1GB memory and plenty of HD space. Although Toast will see the file as data I can not find a way to convert it to a dvd (.dmg or VIDEO TS). Has anyone found a way to convert this type of image file.

Select Toast's Copy tab, click the little blue triangle in the top left hand corner of the window and select Image file from the options drawer that will spring out. Drag your ISO into the window and hit the burn button.
