I just got my roxio capture HD pro and was starting to stream on twitch.tv, I was wondering if anyone knew how to add in my webcam as well on the stream? Or what program I need to use in order to do that?

How do you add a 'source' to twitch.tv now???

Does it allow for multiple sources or do you have to pick just one?

You should be for the Roxio device in its' list.
(I don't have either twitch or the HD Capture but that is the way it should work -_- )

I am also looking for a way to add in a webcam to the live streaming.  To me it looks like we may be stuck buying some software like Xsplit in order to do it.  HOWEVER, in the other thread on this forum for the HD PRO a beta tester mentioned that it didn't work during the beta because of a codec issue that may or may not be resolved.  I'm hoping someone will be able to answer that question soon.

From the roxio software all you have to do is type in your twitch.tv account and click live stream, but there is no way to add in a web cam from the roxio software that I have found. I would rather not pay for xsplit, because I am pretty sure that there is a way to do it without using it.

Turns out you can get a free version of Xsplit - but sadly it does not work with the Roxio HD Pro.

See this thread:  http://forums.suppor...capture-hd-pro/

Hopefully Roxio adds a way to add a web cam to streaming...or someone else figures it out.

Not sure that is 'definitive'... I just added a suggestion or 2 to try in that thread ;)

We do not support webcam video during livestreaming.
