I have a iMovie project made with DV files. When I try to burn it with toast I always get deinterlaced pictures on my DVD. I tried every auto and custom encoder settings without success.

The only work around I found was to export separately each clip as DV and then make a DVD (tedious!).

Am I missing something ?

I'm confused by how you are getting deinterlaced video. If you use the Toast Video window to burn your iMovie to DVD you can only get interlaced video. Please explain more about your process and how it is you know the video is de-interlaced.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
