Roxio Game Capture Hd Pro

Question

I do have problem with my Roxio software i think every time i wan to Live stream i can do it for short time and then software window is not Responding ?? any suggestions Help please thanks, pay $149 for the think and does'n work can i return and get my money back .....i'm not collecting junks

No the software uses a minimum of RAM, 2 GB being the minimum for edting...

 

The error message indicates it was not fully installed. I would suggest a proper repair to be done:

 

Plug in the Capture device and Disable it in the Device Manager (Sound and Video Game Controllers)

 

Unplug the device and put it aside till later.

 

Turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. and insert your Roxio Disc.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, you will have to reapply the SP1.1 for game capture.

 

Then turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

AMD 1100t on Asus Crosshair V 16 gb Ram HD 6970 + 1000w power supply ....I try every thing delete install re-install all this suggestions and nothing looks like every time software do some thing new why is not stable ??I shod have two of this over there and i got only one after i did the repair i got this

Do the Repair again - carefully follow my instructions, Step by Step!

 

Skip NOTHING!

 

Add NOTHING!

 

;) sometimes it take a couple of tries.

 

Also describe your connections from your Xbox to Roxio to your PC, in detail! (we might be overlooking something simple)

I did it the Repair again.. connections from your Xbox to Roxio to your PC is HDMI and i cant to update to SP1 after i repair this are the pictures thanks for helping me,when i do the repair the software got no signal but when i uninstall this and do it all over again its works but only for a bit

??? I don't get it.

 

In the upper pic it says you already have SP1.1, thus NO update is correct?

 

If you click on Help - About, does it not show SP1.1 present?

 

Repair normally wipes out any updates but perhaps it checked and update at startup?

 

Anyone else see that happen with a Repair??? :huh:

I don't know why but repair don't wipes out updates...i don't know why any suggestions ??What i know is if i don't do repair the soft works almost fine but if i do repair the soft shows no signal ??

Hdmi from xbox to roxio to video input (3') cable and Hdmi out (6') to my tv and usb (3') to my PC strati to my back of computer to one of the usb ports.....I did Chang the usb ports to to make sure is good but it don't matter witch i pick is this same Chang the Hdmi cable to no deference ???? I got no idea what is wrong i'm ready to give up

There is one other, slightly more drastic, way to "repair" this...

 

Basically it is to do the AV & Firewall turn off, then run the Revo Uninstaller (moderate mode)to remove the software ~ reboot ~ reinstall ~ turn on AV/Firewall & reboot.

 

If you want to do that, here is Revo.

This is ridiculous what i have to do to get my money back .... waiting time not wort it junk..................... wish never get this think don't buy no one .....................................................
