Help with DVD Making Burning a DVD to European Verson

I have a cousin in England and I would like to burn some of my home DVD's so that he can view them. I just purchased Easy Media Creator and was wondering if this software can do this. What format do I burn dvd's on? If this software is unable to do this can anybody recommend one that can? Please help!

Find out if his player will play NTSC and PAL, it would save you time not doing both formats. If not do them in PAL as Paul suggested.
