I have just upgraded to MyDVD 8 from MyDVD 6 (which I had no problems with). When I create a slideshow and try to preview the slideshow MyDVD crashes and reports an error with Videowave. This also happens when burning. I have been unable to create any DVDs so far. The details of my PC confguration are below. Has anyone had this problem before and if so do they know how to fix it?

Have you updated your video drivers lately? Go to the HP site and see if the driver there is newer than the one you have; if so, download and install the new drivers according to the instructions. This usually solves most of the visual problems. BTW, that seems to be a video chip; not a card.
