Editing Software Not Working

my roxio game capture hd pro will let me capture the gameplay but it will not even let me go into the edit and share part in NEED HELP

I'm haveing same problem it's like edit and share is not bein download from the disc , I reinstald it 6 times all ready have u fix it yet

I am having the same problem! I try to load the editing software and I get this message:
"The program can't start because d3dx9_33.dll is missing from your computer. Try  reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times and that doesnt fix it. Any thoughts?

How do you know it is the same problem as the other two, who have posted in this thread?  They haven't said what the symptoms of their actual problems are.

Your best bet would be to follow the thread that you started, even though no one has posted in it, except you.

I've got the same error message, i can capture, but not edit. It comes up with an error saying i need to reinstall it but it still wont work!!!!!!
