Looking over all the SOS posts here, I wonder what impression that leaves on a new user... certainly not much of a confidence builder.
Just an idea, but how about a few HowTo threads that cover most of what these posts are about?
It seems to have worked well on some other forums I'm on.

A lot of the how to's are in the tutorials, the knowledge base articles and, if you read the posts carefully, there are a lot of good discussions about how to. Just got to read the right threads.
Not to mention the how to that you can read on the home page when V8 opens. The current article is on cell phones.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
