I have been trying to create a DVD with MyDVD 6.2.  It builds the menus, transcodes the video and audio, etc. but it stops when it comes time to actually burn the DVD.  In the help section, it says to download the PX Engine.

I have gone to the site and attempted to download the fix and it sends me a download code via email.  The problem is, I never get the email.  I have also tried logging onto the online chat, but it asks me for a password that I do not have.  Once again, it says it will email the password, but I don't get the email.  I have turned off my email virus scanner and I have checked my Anti-Spam email folder, but nothing.  

I can't seem to contact them for help without paying $35.  Any ideas of how to get the download code, password, or to fix my problem?
