We just picked up an external DVD burner from MadDog and it comes with Easy Media Creator 8.  We're trying to burn a DVD of a project that my daughter did on Sony Vegas Movie Studio.  We add the video using MyDVD and it works fine.  When we try to burn the DVD, it starts encoding, but then gives us a message stating "VideoWave8 has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience."  The error signature is:  AppName:  Videowave8.exe   AppVer 8.1.2.29  ModName d3d9.dll
ModVer 5.3.2600.2180  Offset 000a59b2

We are rookies at this.  Can anybody help?
