When I try to use the "Create DVD" the windows colapses and a message comes up that says: "The certificate fiile is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it." I have EMC8 suite. I have unistalled and reinstalled 3 times and still get this message. What's going on?

There's lots of info about this if you do a search on 'certificate file' but here's a link that should get you started.
