I recently requested advice re upgrading from emc8 essentials to full program - looking around UK suppliers I found a refrence on Amazon to EMC9 available from 15th September. Can find no reference to this in Roxio products -

Based on the link you posted (Amazon is usually a reliable source from what I've heard), it it would appear that a new version is about to come out. If it was me, I'd wait the couple weeks and see what happens. If a new one is released, it might be better to get that than buy a more robust version of the 8 line.

I'm in Sydney Australia and I was surprised to get a catalogue in the post yesterday from City Software advertising Easy Media Creator 9 for sale available NOW at AU$139 ! Like you guys I could only find the UK Amazon thing and some unintelligible French sites going on about it. Bizarre that there's nothing on Roxio's site, even in the 'Pre-release announcement section. This is really strange given that it is for sale here in Australia!! Go figure!!! Cheers, Howie.

When I tried to call this morning for the update (thought I'd give it a try, even though the offer was rescinded yesterday) I spoke to Ryan (who many have raved about), who told me to relax and sit tight for a couple months...Was rather elusive but definitely hinted at something right around the corner...
