If I go to add movies then browse to the folder where AVI is located it freezes and comes up with
"RoxMediaDB.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Any ideas anyone. Just purchased and so far it sucks.

how about just drag and drop the file from Windows Explorer directly to MyDVD menu? Do you encounter the same error?
