I have purchased and downloaded the 3gp converter and it does absolutely nothing.  I have contacted tech support several times and have not received any useful information.  They don't even list this product on their website.  What a rip off!!!!!!!

The 3GP Pack enables you to play .3gp files in Windows Media Player and creates thumbnails for your .3gp files in Windows Explorer. It is not a converter nor does it claim to be. If you have .3gp files it solves a basic media management problem for you, which is it lets you use them on your PC. Windows XP does not include any .3gp support natively.

What about 3g2 files. My LG8300 camera phone takes videos and saves them, on my camera phone memory stick, as .3g2 files. I have Windows Media Player 11. When I copy these video files from my phone to my PC, WMP will only play the video from these .3g2 files. Only Quicktime will play both the Audio and Video from these .3g2 files. I thought 3GP Decoder Pack was supposed to allow WMP to play the Audio and Video from these .3g2 files. That is why I bought it

Hi xxwitxx. We need your help to figure out the problem. What kind of phone do you have and could you possibly send us a test file at roxiolabstest@roxio.com?
