Whenever I try to update, it says "could not connect to roxio server, check to make sure you are connected to the internet. Well, internet is working fine, and firewall and norton tuned off, but it still will not update. I tried updating from the website, but the correct download had a 404. I have also tried re-installation, but it did no good. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What version are you trying to update? Try turning off pop up blockers.
