can't download emc from webpage

I just purchased the v8 suite and I was downloading from the web page with DAP. it uses multiple connections to speed up the proccess as you might already know. Well it didn't finish DL'ing and when I tried to reconnect the webpage said I had maxed out my DL attempts. What do I do now?

Contact Roxio Support.I'm sure when you tell them what the problem is they won't attempt to charge you.

Thanks but today is saturday and no one is at home over there. I didn't want to wait until monday. I did order the hardcopy CD but again it won't come til next week. Does anyone have V8 that I can DL or FTP ? I have my serial # in my email.

I'm not a fan of download managers, but this one sounds interesting. Most FTP daemons do have max. connections from a single IP.

Unfortunately, you may have to wait until Monday.
