I am looking for a video editing/burn to DVD software that will do the following:
1.Allow me to capture 16:9 widescreen Standard definition video from my Panasonic Digital Video(DV) camera connected to my computer via firewire. (Video was shot in widescreen format.)
2.Burn this captured DV from my camera (DVC tape) IN WIDESCREEN 16:9 FORMAT on to a DVD-R, retaining the 16:9 format when I play the DVD-R.
3. This DVD-R must be playable IN 16:9 format ON MY WIDESCREEN tv USING home type DVD players in the U.S.
4. Must be easy to use.
5. Must suppport transition effects(wipes etc.),animated titling,story board or timeline views.
6. Must capture DV from my camera while retaining highest quality and 16:9 Widescreen format,through capture and on to burned DVD-R.
I use a Dell with Windows XP, 1 GB RAM and 180 GB HD.
