The problemI'm having is under the view tab my settings button is greyed out. I go in and add chapters in edit chapters but can find no way to see them after closing edit chapter window. I can add a sub menu but can't get anything placed there. I just upgraded to 8 and can't get it to work. I'm making a dvd and every thing says thats what I'm making not vcd. Anyone got any ideas

The 'settings' in MyDVD Premier is not available.

I'm not sure what you mean by you can find no way to 'see' the chapters. When you edited the chapter marks, did you 'check' the box at the bottom of the dialog box to create the submenu? If so, then the submenu and the thumbnails/text should be created automatically.

I have still the same problem. If I select a menu or chapter and go to the menu "View" the submenu "Properties" is greyed out. So I can't do any settings for the dvd menu.

Any idea what this problem could resolve?

Thanks,
Patrick

Are you talking about the 'tree' to the left? RIGHT mouse button click on any item and select properties.

Seems like I read in another post that the View/Properties isn't ever highlighted. It should be.
