I have EMC 8 Suite. I have created several VideoWave productions and I want to put them on a DVD that has 1 menu entry to play all of the videos in a row. I've searched this forum and found this post that says how to do it: http://forums.suppor...?...ost&p=32487, however it does not work for me.
The first part of that post says to select the movies I want and click the Add button. It then says it puts all the files under 1 button. When I do that each movie gets a separate button.
Any help would be appreciated.
MyDVD 8 - Play all VideoWave movies at once

The only time you will get separate buttons is if you are adding Videowave Project files (.dmsm). If you are adding video files (mpg, wmv, Divx, etc.), you should not be getting separate buttons.
If it still isn't working, you can always create a new Videowave project and add all the video files there. Then output to a single MPG file or save as a single Videowave project. You can then add that single file or Videowave project to a MyDVD project.

Thanks for you quick reply.
You are correct, I was adding the .dmsm files. I created several separate VideoWave productions because when I tried to create one big one it took too long to work in the production. For example, moving a still picture from one place in the timeline to another took 2 - 3 minutes.
I see I can export the .dmsm files to many fomats from the File | Output as... menu entry. As a second question if you have any ideas for me .... since I want to create a DVD, what is the best option for "Video file quality" on the "Make Movie" screen? When I select the MPG-2 for DVD options I don't get any sound - I guess that is my 3rd question - any ideas on lack of sound?
Thanks again

Sounds like a codec issue. Videowave uses AC3. Get the open source AC3 filter here. Download the .07b which is the last stable version.
For video quality, I normally use Mpeg 2 for DVD - Best. That will give you about 1 hr per 4.7 disc.
