Hi.

I bought Toast 11 for my MAC and downloaded and installed TiVo Desktop for MAC. I'm able to see my TiVo recordings and transfer them to my MAC without issues.

I cannot however transfer them BACK to my TiVos. When I pull up my MAC on my TiVo's it says: The iMac (blah blah) has no recordings.

Suggestions?

Craig

Launch Mac2TiVo. Select folder(s) containing videos you want to see on the TiVo. It only works when you drag in folders containing videos.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

Digital Guru please help me again. I'm trying to drag folders from my Mac into the Mac2TiVo application. But nothing will stay in the app, and there's nothing showing up on my TiVo. The files were transferred from my TiVo. That part worked just fine. I can view the files from my Mac but can't get them to "latch" into the drag folders screen. I hope this makes sense

What kind of format is in the folder? If it is a .tivo file then that won't work. It has to be a QuickTime-playable format. Can QuickTime Player play the video that's in the folder?
