Need To Redo A Finished Dvd Project, Can I Use Finished Dvd And Redo It From There?

Question

Hi

Made a photo DVD with music. Need to update it with some changes. Do I have to start from scratch or can I upload original DVD and rework it. If yes, please explain to me, how.

Do you still have the project file? Trying to "rework" from the burned DVD would be more trouble then redoing the project from scratch if you no longer have the project file.

A lot has to do wth the project.. You can copy the DVD back to a folder on your computer. One that is done select the first VOB file and bring that into Video Edit -Advanced. You can then add the rest of them in the order they were on the disc. You can not do your editing. Remember, anything you added in terms of titles will be on the video itself so you cannot edit that, You cannot easily edit any transitions but music is not a problem since you can mute the original (or part of the original..You can add videoes by splitting the video and adding the video files.

'

Now you have to decide if it is easier to start from scratch or try to edit the project on a DVD. If the project is long and your edits will be small, then do the above to make those edits.
