Burning .cue Files

Ok heres my problem

I am trying to burn this .cue file and having problems:

I open Creator Classic
from Other Tasks menu on the left I click on Burn From Disc Image File
then the window opens, i search for the .cue file and click OK
then I get a message that I need to insert a blank disc and my cd rom pops out BUT my blank disc is already inserted...I don;t understand...

I think you need disc copier to do this, Page 46.  http://tools.roxio.c.../ug_emc_8_0.pdf
