I'm using the "Search Knowledgebase" in the Support page but it always return a "0" hit (no match) even if I use a very general search word such as Videowave. Is that functionality disabled?

I tried on this site (I'm in UK):
http://www.roxio.co....rt/default.html
it showed some of the 'top support notes', so I thought I'd search for words included in one of them: 'drivers are missing'. Clicked search and got no hits. However there was a small link called details. I clicked on that and got the following:
We're Sorry
The page you were trying to view is no longer here. We hate this as much as you do, so we'd like to offer you a coupon for 10% off your next order to make things right again. Just enter coupon code 404SAVE10 at checkout!
I got the same result clicking directly on one of the 'top support notes' link
Don't know if the coupon code would be the same for everybody, but if you are planning to buy something from the Roxio site, it could be useful :-)

Yeah, I came across the same page about "coupon". Maybe the server is just down...
