I have downloaded the 3.1 trial and although MTVTG reports I have a valid codec, it fails when converting my recorded shows.

My settings are to a PPC.  The error reports invalid codec.  I have used the ms util and my preferred codec is the nvidia codec.

I changed the settings to reflect a PSP and it worked fine.  All my shows are recorded as SD although MTVTG reports they are HD.

Please help, Roxio support is absolutley usless.

Sonic/Roxio does not support any trial software... which might be the reason you never get a response... assuming you submitted a webticket
