I still can't get my 8.2 registered. It came with a Mad Dog 16X Ligthscribe DVD drive.

The Roxio registration link to help find CD key doesn't go to right page.

I checked with 'Roxann' who said submit the numbers on CD band; they are No go.

The Registration page doesn't have MadDog listed with 8.2 either.

The Mad Dog site was screwed up too, by some rebate offer. :)

There's an hour of my life gone into what is supposed to 'just take a minute'.

The software you receive with any drive is OEM software and I believe not registration eligible. It's been modified by the drive manufacturer and therefore Roxio is not responsible for it.

Do you wanna hear me beg you to take me back?

Well, the Roxio 7/Mad Dog combo is listed on the registration page.

If your software didnt come with a CD-Key, then you need to contact the company that provided the software for you. All software that comes from roxio directly, or as a retail product, comes with a CD-Key. Registration does not get you a CD-Key.
