My apologies, this is not strictly a Toast problem. I have been unable to download anything from this web site for quite some time. I've tried Roxanne and a few e-mail [font=Comic Sans Ms][size=3]messages, but have never gotten a satisfactory reply. Here's my stats: Power Mac G5, 1.8 Ghz x2, 1.5 GB RAM, OS X 10.4.7, cable modem, AirPort Express network, Safari 2.0.4. The Apple built-in firewall is enabled, and I also run NetBarrier X4 10.4.1. I log in to my Roxio account, get to the download page, click the button and get sent right back to the page where I select the product. Happens when I try download updates for Toast 7 and/or CD Spin Doctor 3.1. This has been occurring for about two years now, and is extremely frustrating. I CAN download on the PC at work, but that seems inconvenient to me...Any help whatsover would be appreciated. Sorry for all the detail about my system, but I work in IT, and do a lot of troubleshooting. Figure I'd save you the trouble of asking...thanks in advance. P.S. Exactly the same problem when I use FireFox or even, ugh, IE for Mac.

Yep, tried that, tried disabling the OS X Firewall, as well. Still no luck...

In Netbarrier have you tried unticking "last web-site visited" in Privacy/Surf/Information Hiding. Even with "No Restrictions" this will still be active.
