I'm having some trouble with uninstalling the program from my computer.

I go through the uninstall feature, and when it's nearly done I get a message that says:

'Error 1316.A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\ECDC6.msi'

I can't even seem to find this file anywhere on my computer.

All I want to do is get this program off of my computer. I don't have a burner any more at the moment, so there's really no point in having it.

How can I completely uninstall it? Can someone help me out with this?

Do you still see the program listed in the contral panel under add/remove programs? If so you can try the MIcrosoft installer cleanup utility. Sometimes, just a reboot clears things up that are being used during the uninstall. Then, if you have no other Roxio programs on your system, you can remove all the Roxio folders in C:\Documents and Settings\user namel\Application Data\Roxio.
