Why does my Drag-To-Disc not find my recorder? At one time it did. Now it just displays a 'No Recorder' message. I am using a Memorex DVD+RW/+R burner with Windows XP Pro. All other functions of my Easy CD & DVD Creator 6 appears to be working fine. Please help.

Kinda vague…

If it works in other programs, Classic, Disc Copier, etc. then the program needs to be uninstalled/reboot/reinstalled.

If it doesn't work in other parts of the Suite, then start by going into Device Manager. Is any error listed with the drive there? If not, delete the drive and reboot.

Then again, what Drag2Disc and all Packet-Written Programs do best is lose data permantly. You might consider if you REALLY want to use it.

I've done that step three times with no effect. It's very frustrating. It worked at one time until I downloaded and installed Engin_V6.2 some weeks ago. That was when I did all of the uninstalling and reinstalling.

Well, that's interesting! I just might not use D2D and use my Windows backup application instead. Thanks
