Does Popcorn do anything that Toast doesn't? I was confused by the feature comparison chart on the Roxio site... it leads me to believe that Popcorn is a Toast Lite for video sort of thing... If I have Toast do I need Popcorn I guess is the crux of this bisquit?...
Thanks ~Z

1. Popcorn 2 is easier to use than Toast for what Popcorn does.
2. Unlike Toast, Popcorn doesn't require that MPEGs first be extracted from a video DVD before converting to something else.
Popcorn has the ability to select specific audio tracks and whereas Toast always chooses track one (which usually but not always is the one you want anyway).
Popcorn has a cool preview window that includes a frame snapshot feature. Toast can't preview MPEG video or content from video DVDs.
There may be other differences but those are the ones that quickly come to mind for me.

I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
