EMC deluxe upgrade where to get download on Roxio.com?

Does anybody know where to get the 19.95 upgrade from EMC 8 Suite to EMC 8 Deluxe Suite? I am not finding it easily on Roxio.com. thanks

You had to phone inside sales but i think you'll find it's been discontinued due to the release of EMC 9 soon.

You can already buy the upgrade to EMC 9. From what I have read it is equivalent to the EMC 8 deluxe addition.
