Hello Roxio,

 

I have been going through severe hard disk crash problems which resulted me into getting my system formatted as many as 10-11 times in the past 1 month. Now when i have got my hard disk repaired my Creator NXT pro isnt accepting my purchased keys. Could you please get my keys reset so that i can keep my copy running again? :( Where should I mail my order and billing details to?

I have been going through a of crash problems, Installing as many as 10-11 times in the past 2 month. Now my Creator NXT pro is not accepting my product key. Could you please get my keys reset so that I can install NXT Pro?
