Hi,

I bought the download version a couple of years ago now and have used it without problem since then.  However a couple of days ago I was looking at my computer's calender and inadvertantly forgot to change the date back to the correct date before I turned off the computer.  Now even with that fixed I cannot load Roxio.  I am consistantly being told that the system time has been changed since it last operated and I can only register now.  However, when I do that I am being told that the cd key has been disabled and it will not let me do anything else.

What can I do to fix this?

Thanks

I think you'll have to contact Roxio Customer Service with help for this problem.

BTW - these are public Forums, searched by google and other search engines, which in turn are searched by spammers seeking to "harvest" email addresses for spamming purposes.

Listing your email address is very likely to increase your spam intake, but it is very UNLIKELY to get you any answers, since those of us who answer don't care to use our personal email addresses for this.
