Hi Group,
Recently purchased REMC 8 the latter part of July. Now I redceive an email asking me if I want to pay $70 to upgrade to version 9. I don't think it is fair to be required to pay for a new upgrade when the version I just paid for is hardly out of the old box.
Can anyone help me with this one?
Thanks,
Mike

Not sure if you'll get what you want but you'll have to talk to Customer Service.

No problem.  John just posted this on the version 9 boards so it seems like it might be worth your while contacting them.
