Two Usb Microphones?

I'm using a USB headset/microphone with Sound Editor to record narrative clips. If I get another USB headset/microphone, will both work? For example, if I want to do an interview with someone and we're each wearing a headset, will Sound Editor recognize both microphones and pick up both of our voices?

have you tried one of these?

2X jack into 1X

No it will not because it only recognizes ONE microphone at a time. Both would show up in the list, but you have to pick one. If you had a way to use 1 USB port with two microphones , then it would work. Something like what Rydall2000 suggests.

Sorry Gary, i ment to say that it only works on the jack plugs... i should have added more info, so thanks for the usb side of the reply..

Thanks, guys. As far as I can tell, there's no such thing as a dual headset on one USB port. You'd think there would be. I really prefer my USB headset over the other. But maybe I'll check out Rydall's suggestion.

The long and short of it, is no , not from my searching, but i like to be shown wrong,,,,
i use 2x mikes though one of these and it works like a dream.
